Aggiuntivo means added on top of what already exists — an extra or supplementary element. It is common in formal and administrative Italian: costi aggiuntivi (additional costs), informazioni aggiuntive (additional information). Synonyms include supplementare and ulteriore. The plural forms are aggiuntivi (m) and aggiuntive (f). It is rarely used in casual everyday speech.
