Usage Note

Antitrust is invariable in Italian — the form does not change for gender or number. It is used as both a noun (la normativa antitrust) and an adjective (legge antitrust). The Italian competition authority is l'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato, but journalists routinely call it l'Antitrust.
