Compiuto as an adjective means fully accomplished, completed, or fulfilled — un artista compiuto (a consummate artist), anni compiuti (years completed, i.e. one's actual age as of the last birthday). In bureaucratic Italian, anni compiuti appears on forms to mean 'age as of last birthday'. It is the past participle of compiere (to complete, to perform, to turn [an age]).
