Concernente is a present-participle adjective from concernere (to concern, to pertain to), used almost exclusively in formal, legal, and administrative Italian: disposizioni concernenti la sicurezza (provisions concerning safety). It is invariable for gender and pluralizes to concernenti. In everyday speech, riguardante or relativo a are more natural alternatives.
