Grigio follows standard adjective agreement: grigio/grigia/grigi/grigie. Beyond the colour, it is used figuratively to mean dull or unremarkable (una vita grigia = a grey, drab life). The masculine plural grigi loses the -o, while the feminine plural is grigie.
