Illegalità is an invariable noun — the accent on the final à signals that the plural stays le illegalità (no change). It refers to the quality or condition of being illegal; for a specific illegal act, illecito or reato is more precise. Note the double l at the start, mirroring illegale (illegal). The formal synonym illiceità is rarer.
