Innumerevole is invariable in gender (same for masculine and feminine) and takes -i in the plural: innumerevoli. It is a literary or formal intensifier: innumerevoli difficoltà (countless difficulties). In everyday speech Italians more often use tanti (many) or moltissimi (very many). The double -nn- is always written.
