Usage Note

Teologo follows the -go/-ghi pattern: masculine plural is teologi, feminine singular is teologa, feminine plural teologhe. It refers to a scholar of theology, either academic or ecclesiastical. Do not confuse with teosofo (theosophist), which relates to a different tradition.
