Usage Note
Titolarità is an abstract noun from titolare (holder, titular) used heavily in legal, employment, and sports contexts. It refers to the status of being the rightful holder — of a contract, a position, or a professional licence. Unlike the English 'ownership', it does not usually apply to physical property. Like all nouns ending in -tà, it is invariable in the plural: le titolarità.
Examples
"La titolarità del contratto è sua."
Natural Translation
The ownership of the contract is his.
