Arrangiamento is primarily a music term: the adaptation of a composition for specific instruments or voices (arrangiamento orchestrale = 'orchestral arrangement'). More broadly, it can mean an informal arrangement or deal. The verb is arrangiare; arrangiarsi (reflexive) colloquially means 'to manage, to get by on one's own'.
