Usage Note
Armonia covers musical harmony (armonia vocale = 'vocal harmony'), interpersonal accord (vivere in armonia = 'to live in harmony'), and aesthetic balance. The adjective is armonioso. In Italian music theory armonia is also the specific term for the study of chord structures. Plural: armonie.
