Concezione is feminine (la concezione, plural le concezioni). It refers to a mental framework or worldview (la sua concezione del mondo = her conception of the world) and, in biological contexts, conception (the moment of fertilisation). The 'c' before 'e' is pronounced 'ch'. The cognate concetto (m) means 'concept' (a single idea), whereas concezione is broader.
