Costituzione is feminine; the plural costituzioni is regular. With a capital C, la Costituzione refers to the Italian Republic's constitution of 1948. In a broader sense it also means the act of establishing something (la costituzione di una società — the formation of a company) and, in medical Italian, one's physical constitution (una robusta costituzione).
