Usage Note
Emesso is the past participle of emettere (to emit/issue), used as an adjective agreeing in gender and number with the noun it modifies (emessa, emessi, emesse). It is common in technical, financial, and scientific language: titoli emessi (securities issued), radiazioni emesse (radiation emitted). Do not confuse with omesso (omitted).
