Usage Note
Generoso describes both financial generosity (una donazione generosa) and a generous spirit in general. It can also describe a generous pour or portion: un bicchiere generoso (a generous glass of wine). Four forms: generoso, generosa, generosi, generose. The initial g before e is the soft 'j' sound: jeh-neh-ROH-zoh.
