Gnocco (plural gnocchi) primarily refers to the Italian flour-and-potato dumplings, but colloquially it also means an attractive, well-built person (either gender). Note the gn = 'ny' sound: NYOK-koh. The plural gnocchi is the form almost always seen outside Italy. As an adjective meaning 'hot/attractive' it is very informal.
