Impressione is a false friend to watch: fare impressione does not mean 'to make an impression' in the positive sense but rather 'to be shocking or unsettling' (quel film mi ha fatto impressione = that film disturbed me). To say you made a good impression use fare una buona impressione. Plural: impressioni.
