Integrativo describes something that supplements or completes something else — an integrative or supplementary element. It is common in welfare and employment contexts: fondo integrativo (supplementary fund), contratto integrativo (supplementary collective agreement, negotiated at company level on top of the national one). It is closely related to integrazione and integrare. Plural forms: integrativi (m), integrative (f).
