Meteorologico is the formal/technical adjective from meteorologia. In everyday speech Italians more often say del tempo or atmosferico, but meteorologico appears frequently in news contexts: il bollettino meteorologico ('the weather bulletin'). The feminine form is meteorologica, plural meteorologici/meteorologiche.
