Usage Note
Notarile describes anything pertaining to a notaio (notary public). In Italy, notaries have a far more central role in legal transactions than in many English-speaking countries: atto notarile (notarial deed) is required for real estate purchases, company formations, and wills. The phrase studio notarile means a notary's office.
