Parigino can also function as a noun meaning 'a Parisian person' (un parigino, una parigina). As an adjective it follows standard -o/-a/-i/-e agreement. Note the soft g before i: the first g in Parigi is pronounced like English 'j', making the derivation pah-ree-JEE-noh.
