Plurimo is a formal or literary variant of multiplo or molteplice ('multiple'). It is encountered in legal and bureaucratic Italian: plurime istanze ('multiple applications'), plurimi reati ('multiple offences'). In everyday speech più or molti is preferred. It agrees in gender and number: plurima (f), plurimi (m pl), plurime (f pl).
