Usage Note
Professionalità is an invariable noun (like all Italian nouns ending in -tà) — its plural form is identical: le professionalità. It denotes professional competence, conduct, and expertise. The written accent on the final à marks the stress and is always written. A common phrase is dimostrare professionalità (to show professionalism).
