Reclamato is the past participle of reclamare (to claim, to reclaim, to complain). In legal or bureaucratic contexts it means 'claimed' (bagaglio reclamato = claimed luggage). It also functions as an adjective meaning 'demanded' or 'sought after'. Note that reclamare is a partial false friend with English 'reclaim' — in Italian it more often means 'to complain' or 'to demand'.
