Usage Note
Regolarmente means 'on a regular basis' or 'in the proper manner' — context separates the two senses: va in palestra regolarmente (goes to the gym regularly) vs il contratto è stato firmato regolarmente (the contract was signed properly / in due form). As an adverb it is invariable. The adjective base is regolare (regular, orderly).
