Riflesso covers both the physical sense of a reflection (light, image in a mirror) and a bodily reflex (il riflesso patellare is the knee-jerk reflex). As an adjective it means 'reflected'. The plural is riflessi. Note the double 's' — held in pronunciation: ree-FLES-soh.
