Also means
to remodel
Usage Note
Rimodellare combines ri- (again) and modellare (to shape), and takes avere as its auxiliary. It is used both literally — for reshaping clay, a nose, or a body — and figuratively, as in 'to reshape an organisation'. The reflexive rimodellarsi means 'to reshape oneself', common in wellness contexts.
Examples
"Il chirurgo ha rimodellato il naso del paziente."
Natural Translation
The surgeon reshaped the patient's nose.
