Ripetuto is the past participle of ripetere used as an adjective, inflecting regularly: ripetuto / ripetuta / ripetuti / ripetute. It means something done or occurring multiple times — tentativi ripetuti (repeated attempts), avvertimenti ripetuti (repeated warnings). A more formal synonym is reiterato.

Natural Translation
Despite the repeated warnings, he did not change his mind.
