Rispettabilità is an abstract noun denoting social standing and the quality of being worthy of respect. Like all Italian nouns ending in -tà, it is invariable in the plural: le rispettabilità is technically possible but the word is almost always used in the singular. It pairs naturally with verbs like mantenere (to maintain) and perdere (to lose).
