Ritocco is masculine: il ritocco, plural i ritocchi. It refers to a small correction or finishing touch in photography, painting, tailoring, or cosmetics. Fare un ritocco = to make a touch-up. In photo editing, ritocco fotografico is the standard phrase for photo retouching. The verb is ritoccare (to touch up).
