Usage Note

Sindacale is the adjective derived from sindacato (trade union) and appears almost exclusively in labour-relations contexts: accordo sindacale (union agreement), diritti sindacali (union rights). It is invariable in gender — un rappresentante sindacale, una vertenza sindacale — and is rarely heard outside formal or journalistic registers.
