Superiorità is invariable (ending in -tà): la superiorità, molte forme di superiorità — the form never changes for number. It refers to the quality of being superior in rank, skill, or attitude. Complesso di superiorità (superiority complex) is a common fixed phrase. Do not add a plural -s or change the ending.
