Uniforme is both an adjective (distribuzione uniforme = uniform distribution) and a noun (l'uniforme = a uniform, outfit). As a noun it is feminine (la divisa is the more common word for military or school uniform). The adjective is invariable for gender; plural uniformi for both genders.
