Bisogna is an impersonal verb used only in the third-person singular, always followed by che + subjunctive or an infinitive: bisogna andare (one must go), bisogna che tu venga (you must come). It has no subject and cannot be conjugated for other persons. Its infinitive is bisognare, but bisogna is the overwhelmingly dominant form.
