Also means
arm-in-arm (in 'a braccetto')
Usage Note
Braccetto is the diminutive of braccio (arm). On its own it means a small arm or bracket (e.g. a wall bracket for a lamp). Its most common use by far is in the fixed phrase a braccetto — 'arm in arm', as in camminare a braccetto (to walk arm in arm). Note the double 't' and the stressed second syllable.
Examples
"Camminavano a braccetto lungo il viale."
Natural Translation
They walked arm in arm along the avenue.
