Usage Note
Cast is an invariable anglicism fully absorbed into Italian entertainment journalism: il cast, il cast del film — the plural stays i cast (no -s). It refers to the ensemble of actors. In formal Italian troupe or complesso di attori can substitute, but cast is by far the most common term in everyday speech and writing.

The film's cast includes internationally famous actors.
Literal Translation
The cast of-the film includes actors of fame international.
