Usage Note
Democratici is the plural of democratico, used as a noun to denote members of a democratic political party, most notably the Italian Partito Democratico (PD). As an adjective, democratico means democratic. Note the adjective's irregular masculine plural: -co becomes -ci (democratico → democratici), but feminine plural is democratiche.
