Usage Note
Esistito is the past participle of esistere (to exist) and forms compound tenses with the auxiliary essere: è esistito (it existed). As an adjective it often appears in phrases like mai esistito (never existed).

"Quel regno non è mai esistito."
Natural Translation
That kingdom never existed.
Literal Translation
That kingdom not is never existed.
