Usage Note
Etnico agrees in gender and number: gruppo etnico (m) / minoranza etnica (f). The masculine plural is etnici (soft c before i). It is used in sociological and political contexts; in food contexts, cucina etnica loosely means 'world/ethnic cuisine.'
