Europeo agrees in gender and number with its noun: il Parlamento europeo, la cultura europea, i paesi europei. When used as a noun (un europeo / un'europea), it refers to a person from Europe. In formal Italian it is typically lowercase as an adjective: l'Unione europea. Plural masculine: europei; feminine: europee.
