Also means
juvenile
Usage Note
Giovanile describes qualities associated with youth and is used both positively ('youthful energy') and neutrally ('juvenile delinquency'). It modifies nouns of any gender without changing form for gender — only the ending -e becomes -i for plural: aspetti giovanili. It is distinct from giovane (young, as a noun or adjective for a person); giovanile describes a quality or characteristic.
Examples
"Ha un aspetto giovanile nonostante l'età."
Natural Translation
She has a youthful appearance despite her age.
