Usage Note

Inabile means legally or physically unfit for a role, most commonly military service (inabile al servizio militare) or work (inabile al lavoro). It is a two-ending adjective: inabile (m/f singular), inabili (m/f plural). Do not confuse with incapace, which stresses lack of skill rather than formal unfitness.
