Usage Note
Installato is the past participle of installare, used as an adjective to describe software, hardware, or equipment that has been set up and is in place. It agrees in gender and number: installato/installata/installati/installate. In IT contexts it is ubiquitous; in everyday speech one might say già installato (already installed) when confirming setup is complete.
