Usage Note
Interpersonale is a formal adjective describing relations or dynamics between two or more people: competenze interpersonali (interpersonal skills), conflitto interpersonale (interpersonal conflict). It is invariable for gender (ending -e) and used mainly in psychology, sociology, and HR contexts. The stress falls on the penultimate syllable.
