Usage Note
Lucidità (accent on the final syllable — lucidità is stressed on -tà) is an invariable noun like all Italian words ending in an accented vowel: la lucidità, le lucidità. It denotes mental clarity and sharpness of thought: analizzare con lucidità. Do not confuse with lucentezza (shininess) or lucore (glow), which relate to physical light rather than mental acuity.
Examples
"Affrontò la crisi con grande lucidità."
Natural Translation
She faced the crisis with great lucidity.
