Mobilità is invariable in the plural. In labour law it has a specific meaning: cassa integrazione e mobilità is the Italian system of redundancy support payments. In everyday language it means physical mobility (mobilità articolare, joint mobility) or social mobility (mobilità sociale). The related adjective is mobile (mobile, movable).
