Usage Note
Polacco refers to anything from Poland: the adjective (la cucina polacca), and as a noun il polacco / la polacca means 'a Polish person'. It is also the word for the Polish language (parlo polacco). The feminine adjective form is polacca; plural polacchi/polacche. Note the double c before o keeps the hard 'k' sound.
