Programmato is the past participle of programmare used as an adjective. It describes something arranged in advance according to a programme or schedule. Do not confuse it with pianificato ('planned' with strategic intent) or previsto ('foreseen / expected'). It agrees in gender and number: programmata, programmati, programmate.
