Radioattività is invariable in the plural, like all nouns ending in -tà. It refers to the physical phenomenon of nuclear decay. The adjective is radioattivo/a. It should not be confused with radiazione (radiation, the emitted particles/waves), though the two are closely related in everyday speech.
