Also means
to review, to go over again
Usage Note
Rileggere is the prefixed form of leggere (to read) with ri- (again). It is irregular in the same way as leggere: past participle riletto, past historic rilessi. It uses avere as auxiliary. Common in editing and study contexts: rileggi il testo prima di consegnarlo (reread the text before submitting it).
Examples
"Ho riletto il contratto con attenzione."
Natural Translation
I reread the contract carefully.
